Documents can be opened and edited in a web browser at any time and from any location—without the need for downloads, uploads, or local installation.
The solution is based on Collabora Online and offers a familiar interface with standard features—from word processing and spreadsheets to presentations. A particularly useful feature: Multiple users can edit documents simultaneously, with all changes tracked in an audit-proof manner.
Data sovereignty is a key focus: All data remains in the company’s own infrastructure, and editing takes place directly in the DMS via secured connections—effectively preventing shadow IT. The solution is hardware-independent and is suitable for home offices, meetings, or on-site use.
